photo, straight face, not wearing a hat
or glasses, and not wearing a graduation
gown for no more than 1 year)

copy of Master Degree certificate.

copy of Master Degree transcript.
4. One
copy of residence registration
5. One
copy of national identification card or
government official identification
card.
6. One work experience
certificate (if any)
7. One
certificate of qualifications (if
any)
8. Other documents (if any)
including a copy of the name or surname
change certificate in the case that the
first or last name does not match with
the academic transcript, copy of
marriage certificate, one copy for
each.

Doctor of Philosophy program and English
Proficiency Standards for the Doctor of
Philosophy program and Master of

10. The thesis
outline downloaded the form at the end
of the Announcement for Preparation of
the Thesis Outline and submit it
with the application. Note
1.
Application documents number 2, 3, 4 and
5 for admission to Master and Doctoral
studies are important documents.
If they are not complete, it will not be
accepted for graduate study.

Application document number 9 for all
doctoral studies applications is an
important document. If it is not
complete, it will not be accepted for
graduate study.
3. In the case of
copies of non- English educational
qualifications for graduates from
foreign countries or international
programs are requested to
translate into English and affix one set
of documents certified by a government
agency to accompany with the
application.
